2 cans of cream of mushroom (or 1 cream of mushroom)
1 cup of mayo
1-2 teaspoons of curry
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
3-4 cups dices chicken
½ cup crushed cornflakes
½ cup breadcrumbs
6 tablespoons of melted butter
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Melt butter and set aside. Mix soup, mayo, curry, and water chestnuts. Add chicken, then spread in casserole dish or 11x7’ pan. Top with crushed cornflakes and breadcrumbs. Drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake covered 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes or until brown and crisp.
