2 1/3 cup chicken broth
1 cup brown rice
1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and julienned
2 med. onions, sliced
1 T. butter
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan. Add rice, carrots, onion, butter and salt. Stir well. Cover tightly and cook over low heat for about 50 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
