2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 cups nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, water and syrup to soft ball stage. Pour 1/2 of the syrup in thin stream into egg whites, beating constantly. Cook remaining syrup to hard crack stage; pour slowly into egg whites. Beat until stiff. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into large platter.
