1 9-in. single pie crust
5-6 medium apples, peeled and quartered
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
-Place apples, round side up, in crust.
-Combine dry ingredients.
-Sprinkle 3/4 c. mixture over top of apples.
-Pour cream over top.
-Sprinkle with remaining mixture.

-Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes until apples are tender and cream is thickened. Cool until cream is set.
