4 lb. pork roast
2 onions, chopped
6 whole cloves
2 cups water
1 12 oz. can tomato paste
16 oz. honey BBQ sauce
salt & pepper
16 buns or rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork roast with salt, pepper and cloves. Place pork into crockpot with 1 chopped onion, 1/2 on bottom and the other half on top. Spoon tomato paste over pork. Fill with water 2/3 of the way from the top of the crockpot. Cook on low 8 to 12 hours. Remove pork and discard the rest. Let cool and pull pork apart. Mix pork, 1 chopped onion and BBQ sauce back in crockpot. Heat on high for 1 to 3 hours. Add water as needed. Spoon 1/2 cup of shredded pork onto each bun or roll.
