Cake ingredients

3 large eggs
2/3 c. plain pumpkin]
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup nuts (optional)

Filling ingredients

2 T. oleomargarine (prints, not soft margarine)
3/4 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375º. Mix all cake ingredients together. Line a 12x 15 cookie sheet with waxed paper. Pour mix on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with nuts (optional). Bake 15 minutes. Prepare a cotton dish towel (not terrycloth) by sprinkling granulated sugar. Turn baked cake onto towel. Pull off waxed paper. Roll up like a jelly roll including towel. Let cool at least 30 minutes.
Mix up filling ingredients.
Beat together until creamy.
Unroll cooled cake and spread filling on entire cake (be sure to spread to edges so first cut has filling).
Roll up again (minus towel).
Cool at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
Cut and serve.
Can be frozen.
