3/4 lb. pork sausage, ham, or bacon
6 slices bread, cubed
1 cup grated cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Day before: Fry sausage and drain. Alternate layers of bread cubes, sausage, and cheese into a buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Beat eggs. Add salt, dry mustard, tabasco sauce, and milk. Pour over ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Next day: Bake at 325º for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve immediately.
