3 eggs
1/2 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbls flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 9" unbaked pie crust

1 Preheat oven to 350
2. Beat eggs until froth, add butter sugar and flour and beat until smooth.
3. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla, lemon juice, and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell.
4. Bake for 40-50 minutes until center is firm.
