1 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 celery rib, chopped
1 small onion, grated
1 small carrot, grated
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3-4 tsp sage, divided
2 tsp rosemary, divided
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. ketchup

Combine stuffing mix and milk. Let sit for 10 minutes. Stir in egg, celery, onions, dried cranberries, salt, pepper, half of the sage and half of the rosemary. (Saving half of the herbs for topping.) Crumble the ground turkey over the mixture and mix well. Place in a ungreased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375F for 25 minutes. Drain if necessary. Combine the cranberry sauce, ketchup, remaining sage and rosemary. Spread over the meatloaf and bake 20-25 minutes longer, or more; so there is no pink remaining.
