1/2 c fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp Basil
Salt and Pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp water
6 chicken breasts -(boned and skinless)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese
spices and set aside.

Beat egg and water together, dip chicken in egg then in bread crumb mixture, place on plate.

heat butter and oil in large frying pan add chicken and brown on both sides, 7-8 min. per side. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
