2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Add egg yolks and milk. Mix well. Stir in oil. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter. Bake in hot waffle iron until golden brown.
