1 can beer
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 onion, diced or quartered
Uncooked brats
1 tsp garlic salt
Hot sauce ton taste (preferably Franks)

Directions:
Directions:
Skin the brats (be careful, they will fall apart). Mix beer, BBQ, onion, garlic and hot sauce.

Put brats in aluminum foil and pour sauce over all. Cook over medium heat, about 45 min. until brats are done. When done, the brats will be red throughout, from sauce. Serve with or without buns.
