Salad Mix:
1 head of green lettuce (I use romaine)
1 bunch of green onions, sliced
broccoli, chopped into small pieces- about 1/2 head
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Ramen noodles, broken into small pieces (discard seasoning packet)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped pecans or almonds

Salad mix can be prepared ahead of time and placed in refrigerator. Dressing - place all ingredients in saucepan and boil for a few minutes. Let cool. Topping - mix together ingredients and bake for about 10-12 minutes at 300. Mix all parts of salad together.
