3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

over low heat cook everything except butter and vanilla stirring until sugar is dissolved continue cooking until soft ball stage on themometer 232
remove from heat.
add 1/4 c. butter and cool to luke warm
add vanilla

If too thick to spread thin with cream a few drops at a time.
Will frost a two layer cake or a 13x9 cake
