Melt 2 tsp butter in a 9x13 glass dish. Mix together cream cheese, onion and garlic powder, and beef crystals. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Cover each mushroom with a small piece of provolone cheese. Place mushrooms in glass dish. Bake at 375º for 15 min.
