1 small instant pudding (your flavor choice),
2 3/4 cup sugar,
4 cups Half & Half (2 pints),
2 cups whipping cream (1 pint),
3 cups whole milk,
1 can evaporated milk,
2 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Add sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla, whipping cream and half & half. Cool in refrigerator. Add pudding and pour into freezer. Add whole milk to fill line. Freeze. OPTIONS: Add mashed strawberries and bananas, or black walnuts and flavoring, or marachino cherries and pecans, or chocolate and almonds !!
