1 can Shrimp (cleaned and mashed)
2 - Eggs (hard boiled and mashed)
1 tsp. Parsley
1 T. Lemon Juice
2 T. Butter (melted)
1 T. Onion (chopped)
2 T. Salad Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready for use. Excellent served with crackers or small rye bread. Gets better with age. You might have to add a little more salad dressing later.

I make this for the holidays and usually double the recipe. Keeps quite well for a least a week refrigerated. This is one of mom's favorite.
