3 cups cooked squash, mashed 1/2 stick butter or margarine salt and pepper to taste 2/3 cup cooked onion, chopped 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup milk 3/4 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup sour cream 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup cracker crumbs (24) crushed
Mix all ingredients except the cracker crumbs and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbs on top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
