1 ½ cups flour 2 cups oatmeal 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 cup nuts ( regular salted peanuts) 1 cup margarine (melted)
Mix together and save out 1 ½ cups crumb crust for topping. Press the rest into a 9x13 pan. Bake @ 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix one can condensed milk and 1/3 cup peanut better together. Spread over baked bottom crust. Mix 1 cup M & M’s and 1 ½ cups crumb mixture. Bake for 15 minutes more at 375 degrees.
