1 pkg of sugar-free lemon (or orange) jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 or 2 big carrot, cleaned then grated.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello per directions.
-1 cup of boiling water.
-1 cup of remainder of juice from can of pineapple with enough water to make 1 cup of the cold liquid.

Toss in the remaining ingredients.
Place in the refrigerator to chill.
