3 lbs. gr. beef or 1/2 pork
garlic powder
parsley flakes
tomatoe sauce
tomatoe paste
tomatoe juice
basil flakes
2 eggs beaten
1/2 C. parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
3 C. small curd cottage cheese

Brown meat. add garlic basil flakes parsely flakes, salt and tomatoe paste and tomatoe juice. Simmer 1-2-3 hours. The longer it simmers the better the flavor. Simmer uncovered stirring occasionally. Cook 1 - 10oz package lasagne noodles as directed on pkg. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsely flakes, parmesan cheese.
Place 1/2 moodles in a 13 x 9 x 2 dish. Spread half the cottage cheese mixutre and half the mozzerella cheese and half the meat. Repeat layers top with more cheese and bake at 375 for 30 min.
