1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
1 container cream cheese icing (not whipped)
1 package white almond bark
1 bag pecans (crushed in food processor)

Prepare cake as directed on box. Allow to cool slightly. Crumble in a large bowl. Mix in cream cheese icing and place in fridge for at least 1 hour or until firm. Shape into 1 balls and freeze.

Melt chocolate and dip balls. Place on wax paper.
Sprinkle with pecans while still wet. Allow to completely cool.
Store in container. Enjoy.

Alt Recipe: Oreo Balls
1 package Double Stuffed Oreos (crushed in processor)
(use to replace Velvet cake)
1 8oz Cream Cheese
(use to replace cream cheese icing)
