1 lb. Chicken Livers
1 Onion (I use extra)
2 or 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/4 lb. Butter (I use extra)
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 Strips of Bacon (I use extra)

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter in frying pan, add livers, onion, & bacon simmer til done. When done put in a blender along with eggs, salt & pepper. Blend til smooth.

If you want it thinner use wine or chicken broth. Will thicken when cooled.
