for the marinade:
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp apple juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt

6 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick

To make the marinade: in a medium bowl whisk together the marinade ingredients.
Place the pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Press the air out of the bag and seal tightly. Turn the bag several times to distribute the marinade and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Remove the chops from the bag and discard the marinade. Allow the chops to stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before grilling. Grill over direct medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling time.
