Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

4 c mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
1 c evaporated milk (I use 3/4 c)
1 1/2 c white sugar (I use 3/4 to 1 c)
2 eggs
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c brown sugar
3/4 stick margarine or butter

Beat sweet potatoes with melted butter and add remaining ingredients (except for topping). Bake in a 9x13 casserole dish for 15" at 425. Remove and add topping.
For topping: melt butter/margarine, add flour, brown sugar, and mix with corn flakes and nuts. Spread over potatoes and bake for an additional 15" at 400.
