4 fillet of fresh flounder
2 cans crab meat
1/2 cup bread crumbs
parsley chopped (preferably fresh)
salt and pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
2 sticks butter
1 C milk

Clean flounder filets and lay aside. In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs and a small amount of mayonnaise (to help stick together), parsley, and spices. Take one filet at a time and place the crab meat mixture in the center of the flounder. Roll the flounder tightly and place in a baking dish. Do this to all pieces of flounder. Melt the butter in a pan and add milk and pour over the fish.. Sprinkle some paprika and parsley on top for color. Bake for 35 minutes at 350. Serve with rice garnish and lemon wedges.
