1 lb. shrimp, cleaned, deveined, and boiled
1 -12 oz bow-tie pasta
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
3 chopped avocados
2-3 green onions
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Clean shrimp and drop in salted boiling water. Just cook it for 3 to 4 minutes, or until it turns pink...don't over cook. Cool in a bowl of ice water. Cook pasta to package directions, and drain. Squeeze lemon juice over avocados while mixing the other ingredients. Add avocados and mix gently. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or a tight fitting lid. Chill several hours before serving.

My friend Linda Hayes gave this recipe to me after serving it at her mom's 80th birthday party. My serving became adorned with a pink feather from the boas we were wearing! If you love pasta and shrimp this will be your new favorite!
