2 or 3 Pillsbury pie crust 1 chicken, boiled (may use breast and/or dark meat) 1 can mixed vegetables 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 - 1 c. chopped celery 2-3 potatoes, chopped 5 or 6 boiled eggs, cut up
Place one pie crust on bottom of buttered dish. Mix above ingredients with some of the broth from cooked chicken and place in dish. Put pie crust on top and prick to vent. Bake at 350º approximately 40 minutes. If desired, brush top of pie crust with egg to give sheen and brown more evenly.
