1 1/2 - 2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 pound mushrooms
3 large cloves garlic
6 sprigs parsley
2 tsp. dried tarragon
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 T. lemon juice
Thirty 2-inch macaroni shells
2 c. grated Gruyere cheese
Spaghetti Sauce

Combine the chicken, mushrooms, garlic, parsley, tarragon, egg, salt, pepper, Tabasco, and lemon juice in the bowl of the food processor and process until mixture is well blended.
Cook and drain the shells, and spoon some of the filling into each of the cooked shells. Lay them in a buttered baking dish, open sides up. Sprinkle with most of the cheese, cover with tomato sauce, and then with the rest of the cheese. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes, until bubbling hot.
