1 small chopped onion
1 clove garlic,minced
1 egg beaten
1/3 c ketchup
1 c plain dried breadcrumbs
1 lb. ground chuck
lb. ground port
salt/pepper to taste
6 wheat sub rolls

Combine all ingredients and place in 8x4 loaf pan.Pat gently to form rounded top;do not pack
Bake at 375 for 50 min. Remove and place ketchup on top, just to cover and return to oven.
Bake until done in center (approximatley 15-20minutes).
Cool for 10 minutes in pan before removing.
Cut either warm or cool meatloaf into 6 pieces and place on sub roll or bread of your choice.
