1 pint Roma or cherry tomatoes
1 Lb hot Italian sausage
3 small yellow squash, sliced thin

1 green pepper, 3/4" dice
1/2 Box fettuccine
1 onion, chopped

crushed red pepper to taste

Fresh basil, optional

Parmesan cheese, optional

Remove casing from sausage, slice and fry until browned. Remove from pan and set aside. Add onion, garlic, pepper and squash to pan and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Prepare tomatoes by quartering Roma tomatoes or halving cherry tomatoes. Add prepared tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add sausage back to pan and cook until heated.
Meanwhile, cook fettuccine, drain and put into a large dish.
Pour vegetable-sausage mixture on top of fettuccine, toss and eat.
If desired, sprinkle with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
