White Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe

16 slices white bread (leave crust on) cut into pieces.
3 eggs beaten
1 stick melted margarine
2 c sugar
1tsp. vanilla
1 qt. whole milk

Place bread in a 9 by 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients and pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

1 stick margarine
6 oz. white chocolate chips
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 tsp. water

Place margarine and chocolate in bowl heat in microwave about 2 min. (until melted). Add sugar, vanilla and water heat another 2 min. (until smooth and creamy). Pour over top and serve.
