1 Onion
1 1/2 hamburger meat
3 cans of tomatoes
4 cans of 4 oz. tomatoe sauce
1 can of 4 oz. water
1 small can of Italian tomatoe paste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. organo
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
sprinkle in basil
1 bay leaf make sure to take it out before
serving It will make you sick if you eat the
bay leaf.
1 pkg. noodles

Cook onion and meat together. After that is done just start adding everything else and cut your fire to simmer. Cook your noodels.

It is better if you can start it in the morning and let it simmer all day. This recipe I got from my
mother-in-law. It is a heart healthy recipe. It called for wine but I don't add it.
