Apple Custard Pie


1 (9 or 10-inch) Unbaked pie shell
1 C Sour Cream
1 (14 ounce) Can condensed milk
C Frozen Apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 Egg
1 t Vanilla extract
t Cinnamon
1 (21 ounce) Can Apple pie filling or topping


1. Preheat oven to 375F. Bake pastry shells 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile in a small mixer bowl, beat sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, juice concentrate, egg, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth.
3. Poor mixture into prepared pastry shell.
4. Bake 30 minutes or until set.
5. Cool and top with apple pie filling. Garnish as desired.
6. Serve warm or chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
