4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked to package directions
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup plain sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 cup cider or white vinegar
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 1/2 cups chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup sliced green onion or red onion

1) In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
2) Stir in well-drained pasta and the remaining ingredients.
3) Cover and refrigerate.
