2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 can tomato sauce or 1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
8-10 crackers, finely crushed
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 small bell pepper, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste

Topping for Meat loaf
1/2 can tomato sauce and 1 can of water, or, 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients for meat loaf and put into loaf pan and cook for 10 minutes at 350

Mix all ingredients for meat loaf topping and pour over loaf and bake an additional 1 1/2 hours at 350
