1 lb Jalapeno. Peppers, sliced length wise, seeded and
washed
1 lb breakfast sausage
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb thin bacon
1 cup cheddar cheese


Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown breakfast sausage, add cream cheese, cook until cream cheese is melted. Stuff peppers with
cheese mixture and wrap pepper with thin bacon ( if bacon is a little thick cook in microwave for awhile) use toothpick to hold bacon, put on a cooking sheet. Good if it is one that allows grease to drain. Cook until bacon is done.
