2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 T. margarine
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter

In glass bowl, microwave: oil, margarine, peanut butter, and water until boiling. Pour over dry ingredients. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Pour into greased and floured 15"X10" pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. To make icing: Combine evaporated milk, sugar, and margarine in glass bowl and microwave until boiling 2 minutes. Then add peanut butter, marshmallows, and vanilla. Stir until melted. Pour over warm cake and spread.
