1 c. butter
1 c. powder sugar
2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. plus 4 heaping T. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugars, eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix in remaining ingredients well and roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press balls with the bottom of a glass dipped in water then in sugar. Bake 350º for 10 minutes.
