1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Melt sugar, butter and milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a rapid boil and boil for 30 seconds. Take from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
