1/2 c. margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredient alternately with oil and buttermilk.
Fold in zucchini. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, chopped nuts and sugar.
Bake 40-45 min. @ 325
