Pastry for 9 inch pie

1 egg white
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, drained,crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. cream
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
dash nutmeg


Directions:
Directions:
Put pastry in 9 in pie pan or quiche dish. Brush with egg white and prick with a fork. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on bottom of crust. Beat egg together the dairy sour cream, cream, eggs, and spices in a bowl. Pour custard over bacon and cheese. Bake in preheated 375º oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted on inch from edge come out clean.
