1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. roasted peanuts, salted
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease cookie sheet. In a deep 2 qt bowl, mix sugar, corn syrup and vanilla and microwave sugar on high 4 minutes. Stir and add nuts. Microwave on high 3 minutes. Stir in butter. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until candy thermometer registers 300º . Stir in baking soda until light and foamy. Pour on cookie sheet. Let cool and break into pieces.
