2 pkgs. of crescent roll dough
2 8oz. packages of cream cheese
1 1/2 c. of sugar
1 egg separated
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Put one package of crescent roll dough on the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan. Spread the dough out so that it is spread out throughout the pan.(Do not grease the pan). Mix together the cream cheese, 1 c. of sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice and Vanilla. Pour this mixture over the crescent roll dough in the bottom of the cake pan. Then spread the other pkg of crescent roll dough on the top of the cream cheese mixture. Then brush the top layer of dough with the egg whites and sprinkle the 1/2 c. of sugar on the top.
Bake 350º for 25-30 minutes.
