2 packages pork ribs
2 cups hickory smoke BBQ sauce
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1-2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:

Wash ribs and dry with paper towels. Break each rack of ribs into 2/3 and 1/3 pieces (equalling 3 layers of 2/3 racks). Mix 1 cup BBQ sauce and all other ingredients in a bowl. Reserve 1 cup BBQ sauce for serving.
Place first 2/3 section of ribs in slow cooker. Rub with 1/3 of sauce mixture. Repeat two more times.
Turn slow cooker on low, and cook for 9 hours.
Remove ribs from slow cooker. Add 1 cup BBQ sauce to drippings and serve on the side for dipping.
