2 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar divided
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c buttermilk
1 egg
1/4 c canola oil
3 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 -2 tsp milk

In a large bowl, combine flour, 1 c sugar, soda and salt. Combine buttermilk, egg and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. In a small bowl combine cinnamon sugar. Grease bottom only of loaf pan. Pour in half of the batter. Sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar. Pour in remaining batter and sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar. Cut through with a knife to swirl. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Drizzle with glaze.
