2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
4 cups raw peeled and chopped apples
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla and beat. Add flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour 9x13in baking pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
