1/2 c shortening
1 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c evaporated milk
2 c pared apples-chopped fine
1/2 c nuts

Combine all ingredients and pour into round bundt pan sprinkle top with 2 tbsp sugar and nuts. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until tests done.
