Pumpkin Bars Recipe

4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. powedered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and pumpkin until fluffy. Stir together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture, mixing at low speed until thoroughly combined and smooth. Spread into a jelly roll (10 x 13 inch), greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

For icing, combine cream cheese adn butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix at low speed. Frost when bars are cool.
