2-3 frozen bananas sliced (sliced before or after freezing doesn't matter)
1 mango
1 cup young coconut milk
1 cup water or 2 cups if you don't have coconut milk
2 big handfuls of silverbeet / swiss chard
1 tsp vanilla

This is an extremely "heart healthy" recipe. Coconut is so good for healing and you can never get enough greens. Just try it, you'll love it. A high-powered blender may be necessary. It makes making lots of smoothies easier and faster.
